This beta uses your information to save and deliver your reminders. The public Mom auditions work without connecting a calendar.
The app waitlist
Joining the waitlist is optional and does not require an account. With your consent, we store your email address, phone preference, and signup time to contact you about Remind Pop early access and the app launch. We do not add calendar events or reminder contents to the waitlist. Signup records are held by ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare and are not publicly listed.
A new signup includes a private removal link. Save it to delete that signup later. Joining again with the same address keeps your original signup and removal link. We will also include an unsubscribe option in any launch email. This beta saves your signup without sending an immediate confirmation email.
To limit automated submissions, we keep short-lived request counters, including a hashed version of the submitted email. Counters expire within an hour and are cleaned up on subsequent signup requests. We do not store IP addresses for this purpose.
Signing in
ChatGPT Sites supplies your signed-in identity. We use a site-specific user ID to keep saved preferences, reminders, and calendar connections separate. Your name or email may appear to you in the account interface.
Feedback and product counts
If you send feedback, we store your reaction, selected character, optional message, and submission time for the Remind Pop team to review. Feedback is private and is not linked to your signed-in identity or waitlist email. Please leave personal and calendar details out of your message.
We count landing-page visits, character selections, and voice-play starts in daily totals by character. These are activity counts, not unique people. Our product counters do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, calendar contents, or browser histories, and use no tracking cookies. The page skips these counters when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Short-lived aggregate request limits help prevent automated submissions. Hosting providers may process ordinary request logs to operate the service.
Connecting Google Calendar
If you connect Google, Remind Pop requests permission to read your calendar list and events. You choose the calendars to follow. We store the title and reminder time for upcoming timed events; we do not change your original events or use calendar content to train AI models.
Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Calendar data and saved reminders are held by this website’s hosting services, ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. The calendar connection is used only to provide reminders in your account.
Sound and sharing
This beta uses your device or browser’s speech service. Public demo links contain the sample text you choose to share. Your signed-in calendar and saved reminders are not added to public demo links.
Your controls
You can choose calendars, change reminder preferences, or disconnect Google in My reminders. Disconnecting deletes this site’s stored Google tokens and copied calendar reminders and attempts to revoke its Google access. You can also remove access directly in your Google Account. Manual reminders remain saved when you disconnect a calendar; dismissing a reminder stops it, rather than marking a real-world task complete.
Browser reminders require the reminder page to stay open and your device to remain awake. Calendar refreshing occurs while that page is active.
